Each day our team members make a difference in their community by educating swimmers about water safety and swimming skills, teaching lifeguards about preventative guarding and rescues, as well as training instructors in the art of teaching lifesaving courses.
We do our best to ensure our lifeguards, instructors, local and regional managers, and partners are appropriately compensated. Our organization has a great starting wage, plenty of perks, and growth opportunities.
